This Cyber Security Health Check is provided by Incommsec Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06837160), with its registered office at 19-21 Swan Street, West Malling, ME19 6JU.

The tool is designed to give UK businesses an indicative view of their current cyber security posture, based on your responses to a short questionnaire and, where requested, an automated external scan of your domain.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this tool, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

3. Use of this tool

This tool is intended for use by UK businesses for internal assessment purposes only. By using it, you confirm that:

• you are accessing the tool on behalf of a business, not as a consumer
• any domain you submit for scanning is a domain you own or are authorised to have scanned
• you will not use the tool or its outputs for any unlawful purpose
• you will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the operation of this tool

4. Domain scanning

Where you submit a domain for external vulnerability scanning, you confirm you have authority to authorise that scan. The scan is conducted using automated, non-intrusive external checks. By submitting a domain, you grant Incommsec Ltd permission to perform those checks for the sole purpose of generating your results.

Incommsec Ltd accepts no liability for any disruption, however caused, that arises from or in connection with a scan of a domain you have submitted.

5. Nature of results

The results produced by this tool are indicative only. They are generated through a combination of questionnaire responses and automated external checks, and do not constitute a professional cyber security audit, assessment, or guarantee.

Results reflect a point-in-time view based on limited external signals and the accuracy of the information you provide. They should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your security position.

Incommsec Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from decisions made on the basis of results generated by this tool. You should seek independent professional advice before taking any significant action based on your results.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, methodology, and output formats produced by this tool are the property of Incommsec Ltd. You may use your individual results for internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this tool or its outputs without written permission from Incommsec Ltd.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this tool available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the tool at any time without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this tool will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
